Moved from out of state and hired PM to help offload the rental truck. The company was super responsive and efficient from the very start. Each interaction was smooth and on move day, the movers arrived very early. They helped me park my truck and offloaded it quickly and seamlessly. Really great service. I would definitely use again.

“You have my word”. “You have my committment” You do not hear enough of this…. or if you hear it, it is because one is expressing disappointment with another party because it had been implied but there was no follow through. Planetary Movers gave me their word and made a committment to me that the would get this done… and they did! When I found myself scrambling for moving help at the last minute, because other movers did not show up, Planetary Movers informed me that they can make this move happen for me. I was so skeptical - it was the coldest day of the year, there was snow, and I still had several empty UBoxes. Out of desperation, I said, “okay, let’s do this”. I honestly never thought my move would happen… And then the big day arrived… and they showed up! They were professional, thorough, and fast! Because of my previous situation, I had boxes that were not completely boxed up, I had items large and small strewn about. But they boxed and brought everything to my driveway with the UBoxes. They loaded and were done in just a few hours! They worked quickly but also took care of all of my things. Had this been a ‘normal’ move for me I would be here raving about the wonderful job they did! And, they did! But most importantly, they gave me their word, made a committment, and showed up!! My move was a success only because of the Panetary Movers team! Thank you so much! (is there a way to give them six stars?!!)

This weekend I had the pleasure of working with Bob and his team at Planetary Movers for a challenging move involving an awkward and heavy fiberglass float tank. From start to finish, Bob was exceptional. He made it a point to be on-site, coordinating the entire operation beautifully. Moving the float tank down a tricky set of stairs was no small feat, especially considering its size and weight. Walls needed to be cut and Bob returned three times with his incredible team of 4 to ensure that the float tank was safely maneuvered into the basement, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to the job. Bobs 30+ years experience as a moving professional showed and I genuinely believe there’s no one else in the Bronx / Great Neck area who could have accomplished this task with the same level of skill and care. I am extremely grateful to the whole Planetary Moving for their determination and professionalism. They made what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and successful move. I can’t recommend these movers enough! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and so easy to work with. They checked in with us on everything, made sure we were comfortable with each step, and handled our belongings with real care. Not a single thing broke, which says it all. I had a great experience with this moving company. The team was professional, punctual, and handled all of my belongings with care. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the move, and made what could have been a stressful moving feel smooth and organized. Nothing was damaged, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Planetary Movers was amazing! Communication was smooth from start to finish, even though my plans kept changing. On moving day, a few unexpected issues came up, but they stepped in, helped me coordinate with the building, and made sure everything got done the same day. The movers themselves were super professional! They protected my furniture really well, worked quickly and efficiently, and showed great teamwork. They were also very friendly and easy to work with. I especially appreciated that they handled pickups from two different locations without any problem. I’m so glad I chose Planetary Movers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

Planetary movers did an incredible job helping us with our move upstate. We had a piano, mattress, and many boxes. They came on time and handled everything with extreme care. My piano belonged to my Aunt and has great sentimental value for me. They handled it expertly and even protected the floors when they put it into my new house. My new house is a townhouse with a LOT of stairs. The storage unit is on the 4th floor. Most of my boxes had to go all the way upstairs as I have a lot of storage items. They did it with a smile, even though it had to be difficult. You would never know it. They made it seem effortless. All 3 movers were incredibly friendly and kind. Moving is very stressful, and their friendliness and efficiency really made me less stresed. I could not have asked for better movers. Plenetary Movers gets 5 plus stars from me. Thank you so much for making my move as easy as possible. I can’t say enough nice things about the Planetary team!
